DiffDelta

DiffDelta is a secure changefeed protocol for AI agents. Instead of re-scraping pages, bots poll a normalized, risk-vetted JSON diff stream and act only on changes.

Golden path (bot loop)

1. Fetch the manifest (/.well-known/diffdelta.json) to discover endpoints.
2. Poll /diff/latest.json using If-None-Match (ETag) when available.
3. If you receive 304 Not Modified or "changed": false, stop.
4. Process new, updated, and resolved. Treat flagged as quarantine.

Status: Alpha. Schemas are stable and changes are additive.
